The "Moderator" is the people who you want to be the Moderator in your group . It can be yourself .
On the "Group Color" , the color must not be used . For 1 group , you will need 500 points. Each person can create a Maximum of 3 groups . If you do not want any colors , it will only cost you 250 points .. which means :

With color = 500 points
Without color = 250 points .

If you want to change group name or change group color , it will cost you :

Color change - 350 points
Name Change - 300 points .
Color and Name change - 600 points .
